doing a small pork loin roast -- I think I'll flay it, put a stuffing in it (onion celery breadcrumb butter & raisins) and roll it up & tie and then roast it -- with a side of yellow & green beans, and a fresh corn pudding on the side that will roast alongside the pork. Drizzle a little mustard cream over the slices.....mmmm I can't wait!
My favorite crepe place is making my friend and I dinner tonight. I'll probably go with their mushroom, tomato, spinach and mozzarella cheese savory crepe as I usually do. After that, Ben and Jerry will be providing dessert.

I just roasted two big top rounds to use for lunch meat and was going to use part of one for dinner, but I think I will actually do pork roast with pineapple, sweet potatoes and rice.
Headed out to a cookout.
Steaks, chicken and pork steaks on the grill, butternut squash, potato salad, tomato caprese salad (with tomatoes and basil from my garden; it's my contribution) and pineapple fluff.
And the dogs are all getting fresh marrow bones for a dessert treat.
Today is a fast day so not much. Baked tilapia. And I'm going to have to cook up some veggies to add to a bit of brown rice to keep the calorie count down. Boo.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow. Pulled pork and sweet potato mash. Mm!
