It's Sunday and the grill says "use me, use me" I am taking a steak out of the freezer in a little while, we will have grilled veggies and a nice green salad. I am not sure whether to do baked pots or not. We are leaving in about 10 days for a weeks vacation, we are down to only 3 large potatoes and I don't want to buy anymore before we leave. If I do one today, that leave me with only one or two more potato nights.
I'm going to do a sautee with chopped up leftover pork roast, squash, onions, peppers and whatever other veggies I feel like throwing in there, and I've got some pan drippings leftover from the roast that I will use as the base of a quick pan sauce for the saute.
Crockpot roast, broccoli and cheese rotini, and green beans with tomatoes. Wyler's sugar free drink mix to drink. I have a quart of ice cream that I may open for dessert.
