I didn't get anything defrosted today so I am stuck with Lean Cuisine Chicken Carbonara. I am making some steamed fresh broccoli, carrots, and Brussels sprouts to counteract the ickiness of a frozen dinner.

I used to love frozen dinners. I don't know if they changed or if I did.
Garden fresh baby carrots, ripe juicy tomatoes and thinly sliced onions with a Balsamic vinaigrette. Pasta with garden fresh parsley and garlic. Alaskan cod poached in a homemade vegetable stock with a lemon garlic caper sauce.
