For dessert an apple crisp with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and a cup of Darjeeling tea. Others who don't like that can eat leftover lentil soup with chapatis.
last night was carnitas - served with corn tortillas, lime wedges, onion, avocado slices, queso, and sour cream.
