Ate dinner at a friend's house.

Awesome spicy fried chicken, and a weird yet compellingly tasty pea and onion salad.
I had three helpings of each!

I've got a yellow squash & chorizo gratin in the oven. Haven't made one of these in a couple of months and dang it smells so good! Folks need to get home so we can sit down to dinner.

Fish tacos made with mahi mahi. Served it with lettuce, tomatoes and salsa I made from last summer's tomatoes. Zucchini saute and one magnificent and indulgent margurita. If this is dieting, give me more!!!!

For the reuben (whoever asked) You use deli rye bread, spread Dijon mustard on each piece. I use deli turkey, and swiss (2 pieces each because mine is sliced thin) 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut and then you put in frying pan with non stick spray about 6 minutes.
Wow 4 WW points. I am going to make these since I am WW myself.
