I guess you can call it fried rice or something like that. I also have some bok choy that needs to be cooked.
I like to throw shredded bok choy, peas and hard-boiled eggs into potato salad.

3 toasted slices of light whole wheat bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread, a raspberry non-fat Greek yogurt and a large mug of chamomile tea with a teaspoon of sugar.

What's for dinner is a failure to communicate. I thought we agreed we were going to Olive Garden for dinner, but DH thought we broomed the idea, for some reason known only to him.

I'm thawing something in the microwave right now, which looks like it might be Beef Stroganoff. Damn, it's his favorite. I would have preferred something he hates.

Lol!

Hot and sour soup, Crap Rangoon and little shrimp spring rolls.
Olympic Greek cherry yoghurt for dessert, with 9% fat. Yes, 9%.
Delicious.

Ooop! That should have been crab Rangoon, not crap rangoon.

I want spaghetti. If I can get Son to make it then all is well. If not, then I will have to nibble on my chocolate mousse cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory.
