Making a pile of salami, bologna and snack sticks..







In all 60lbs worth. 1/2 will be spicy and smoked, the other half milder..

I've been fascinated with YouTube videos where people cook animals like racoons.

I wouldn't want to eat the whole thing, but I would like to try a piece of it just to see what it tastes like. A common method of cooking racoon appears to be slathering it with butter and barbecue sauce and baking it in the oven low heat and slow cooking to make it tender.

Did a trail ring bologna that turned out great!

Also about 15 lbs of spicy snack sticks.. Man the smoker was going full tilt all weekend!!
