Made that..doctored it up by putting diced onions and garlic into the chicken mixture...the sauce is so delicious!!!
Also made picadillo tacos and Arroz, with some homemade chilito
Flounder sauteed with butter, white wine and lemon, asparagus with hollandaise and really lovely, juicy yellow tomato. I had a small slice of carrot cake for dessert.
Daughter is cooking tonight and doing the shopping as I post. No idea what we're in for ....yet!
My fears were unwarranted. Lemon Rosemary chicken and a squash and asparagus mix which was very good. She did however burn the fresh rolls to an inedible blackened crisp.
Barbecued pork with rice and steamed broccoli. Also had a small side of coleslaw.
