A strawberry nonfat Greek yogurt, 2 small rolls with healthy-style margarine & salmon cream cheese, a slice of whole grain/wheat bread with strawberry spread and a mug of white tea with a teaspoon of sugar.
Had a turkey, lettuce, cheese sandwich on GF bread. Some carrots and red bell peppers dipped in ranch dressing. So many of y'all make such delicious dinners, I wanna invite myself over.
