The menu said something rather time consuming and now I remember the debate will be on during normal dinner time: well the first part of them anyway, so I decided to change and have pulled pork burritos and guacamoli salad. It is simple, and I don't have to miss the TV like I sometimes do when preparing dinner.

Trying out something new: baked spaghetti made with shiritaki noodles instead of pasta. Trying to cut down on extra calories, wheat, and up the fiber. Ran it through a recipe tracker and comes out to 385 calories per serving as opposed to 640 made with regular noodles. Hope it tastes decent!

Husband wants to grill before it gets too chilly (weather chicken that he is). Tonight we're having grilled stuffed-flank steak pinwheels with roasted potatoes and peppers, a garden salad, and I'm trying out a new drinks recipe for frozen coconut pineapple margaritas and using the rest of the pineapple for coconut cream tarts.
