Leftover beef tips with burgundy cream sauce over noodles. Dessert will probably be one of the donuts that we got from Duck Donuts, a new place near us.
Pan-fried New York steak seasoned with sea salt and cayenne pepper. Served with boiled Yukon Gold and Red potatoes topped with a dollop of sour cream and green onions. For vegetables, it will be a hearty serving of steamed broccoli and cauliflower.
We are doing boneless chicken breast, potatoes, carrots and onions with spicy yellow curry over white rice. Great dish for a cool, fall Northern California evening.
