They mishear it a lot. I don't even like cheeseburgers, if I order a Big Mac I have to get it without cheese. I know as soon as they hand me the bag if it has cheese, because it smells like a dirty butt. .

If that sandwich was from a fast food place, that orange colored slice on the sandwich wasn't really cheese.

My dad doesn't eat cheese, ever. If he orders fast food, he emphasizes PLAIN. Multiple times. He doesn't ever say "No cheese," or "hold the cheese, " or even mention the word "cheese" at all, because ff workers tend to hear "blahblahblahCHEESEblahblah," and add cheese.

Still gets screwups, but not as many.

That doesn't work either, we get a burger plain WITH cheese. They can't comprehend that plain means NOTHING, they think plain means just burger and cheese and nothing else.

Hmmm... like a Bacon, lettuce, and cheese sandwich (BLC)?

I do like a tomato and cheese sandwich or a pickle and cheese sandwich (with MW on both).

There's something else hiding in there... I like the M/W with pimento cheese spread or that Kraft sandwich spread. Mayo in BLT's for me.
