I made some taco meat with red onions, garlic and jalapenos. Got some corn chips, sour cream and cheese. I also have some snack foods that I can heat up during the game and have some chocolate chip gluten free cookies in the oven. Yummy! Party for one which is okay by me.
Staying home.
We're eating meatloaf with rice. I'm baking a cake later.
Boring, I know.
That's not boring. We had meatloaf sandwiches from last night's meatloaf leftovers. Even though I met my husband at a Super Bowl party, I'm NOT into football. If he wants special viewing food, he makes himself wings.
Beef ribs and brisket, potato salad, spicy green beans and candied yams.
