I visited my neighborhood suburban farm today. Tonight's dinner: free-range egg, garlic chive, spinach, and muenster omelette, English muffins.

Was at first going to do a Chicken Biryani but after looking at a few recipes decided it was way too complex and labor intensive.

BBQ burnt end of beef brisket with a vinegar tomato BBQ sauce
Six chicken wings with blue cheese dressing
Roasted bacon wrapped corn on the cob served with a Parmesan cheese sauce

today is bridge luncheon at my house, thus no idea what we will have for dinner. I am serving a pasta bar for lunch; 3 kids of pasta, 3 kinds of toppings. everyone else will bring salad, etc. and yes, wine.

It was the best omelette I ever made!

I don't know if it was the eggs or the fact that I cooked it just right and rolled it w/o breaking it for once.
