rabbit sausage with sauteed peas, carrots, leeks and asparagus with a sour cream & nutmeg sauce over a black bean puree and sprinkled with toasted almonds. Strawberries, blueberries & whipped cream for dessert.

In May, MOST watermelons are coming from the west coast of Mexico. And they are very good. I bought a couple this past weekend.

I just made a batch of Char Siu Pork for tomorrow's stir-fried rice. We just freeze the remainder of the pork for additional meals.
