today is doctors appointment day for spoiled brat and then it is down to Aldi's and Lowes plus running a few other errands. After errand running we head to that gourmet restaurant most of you have heard of: Golden Corral. It is amazing how good food can taste if you have a 1/2 price couple for seniors. and it beats coming home and having to cook when it is 90 plus outside and you have been out all day.

Barbecuing up some ribs, making a rice salad and roasting some beets. I already have a lime bundt cake in the oven so that will be dessert.

Happy Thursday!!

Eating out at a nicer Italian place for a special occasion. Probably won't be low-carb.

Pickle, I'll be keeping you and your son close in my thoughts❤️

I'm still recovering ever so stinkin' slowly and trying to pack what little I can for our move next week- doesn't leave me time or desire for cooking. I'm thinking a frozen pizza (Za) and salad is the gourmet dish I'll be enjoying tonight. Everyone try to keep cool, this heat is rough!

With all the talk of 'za, I might have to get one tomorrow. But tonight it's George Foreman'd chicken and some steamed vegetables. Probably green beans.
