Simple & cheap
Have you ever put butter and baked beans in your potato? It's quite good.

Tonight is just warmed up lasagna. Awesome the second time. We had a big lunch, so nothing else was needed.

I made that huge Chef Salad last night and my original plan was to serve it again. Because there was somuch and everyone liked it.

However, people graze quite a bit in my house. Went back for midnight snacks, had it for lunch, and breakfast. So, it works as a side tonight. But not a "main".

Supplemented it with sweet Sugar and Spice corn with whipped butter and assorted herbs. Blender "Cream" of Broccoli soup. No real cream or dairy, but thick, creamy and tasty.

Went out with a couple of friends and had a few beers with fish and chips and mozzerla sticks as an appetizer.

DH and I had some leftover Chinese, and then my guests texted that they were stopping at Popeye's, did we want anything? So DH asked for a little red beans & rice, and I got a biscuit. Nice and warm, yum. Freshly baked Amish banana nut bread for dessert.
