Baked Pasta with Sauce, a Breadstick, and Mixed Fruit.

Egg salad sandwich and pear slices.

One and half sandwiches made with chunk light tuna mixed with light mayonnaise on whole grain/wheat bread, 3 small cubes of milk chocolate with hazelnuts and a glass of water.

Turkey breast with veggie sandwich and a bag of Doritos.

Japanese pancake made with cabbage, onions and chicken.

Fried Maria fishball
Century egg pork porridge
Pickled veg intestines
Beef tendons n brisket braised

Kale, broccoli and mango salad with chunks of roast chicken added. Also had a stick of string cheese.

Straight outta bettycrocker.com: Italian meatballs with orzo, sautéed onion, yellow and red peppers, and tomatoes, simmered in beef broth with a ton of grated cheese sprinkled on top. Using frozen meatballs and frozen onion and bell pepper mix, it took only 30 minutes from start to "Yum!"

We had our monthly catered lunch at work today from Stone Fire Grill. I had barbecued tritip, grilled chicken breast, garlic mashed potatoes and a slice of cheesecake.
