Teriyaki chicken bowl from a local Hawaiian restaurant (not my usual one). Iced tea to drink.

I had veal steak with steam vegetables and a garden salad. For dessert, Hawaiin pineapple with ice cream. Simply delicious.

I made some Tonkatsu (deep fried breaded pork cutlets). I marinaded the pork with some ginger and garlic first, it ended up nice and tender :-)

Pot Luck Lunch with several families after church.

I made Chicken and Dumplings (requested by the teenage son of one couple), Broccoli, Cheese, & Chicken Casserole, and a Carrot Cake.
