Any kind of Cola (Coke, Pepsi, etc...) is a horrific swill, for it contains phosphoric acid, which is just one degree below battery acid; the consumption of it leads to decalcification of bones and other diseases. By that, it doesn't help at all to take the diet version, for that one contains the sweetener aspartame, which can cause blindness.
