Left over spicy ground turkey mix, topped with pepperjack cheese,with tostada, salad, coleslaw, & a variety of fresh fruits. Home brew Green ice tea.

I didn't realize I had people on here keeping track of my daily lunch menu. I'll probably switch the barbecue potato chips out for regular ones, or cut them out altogether. At least with my steady diet of citrus, I'm getting lots of vitamin C!
