Diced an avocado into a coconut-oiled microwavable dish. Topped with two eggs. Covered, microwaved 90 seconds, left the lid on another three minutes, added hot sauce and ate it with a spoon. Delicious, but next time I won't let it cook so long. I prefer runny yolks.
