Costco sells a box of 9 Vietnamese Pho meals, and I decided to try them. I'm glad I did because it's really good and very convenient for eating at work in my office. The bowl contains 3 packets: the rice noodles, flavorings, and dehydrated green onions and red pepper flakes. I just added hot water, let it sit 5 minutes and ate. I'll be adding it into my regular lunch rotation.
