just my opinion but a piece of cheese is a heck of a lot better for you than a piece of candy.

Sorry to be the one to tell you, but olive oil is highly overrated as being healthy. It contains Omega-6 fats, not Omega-3. Go for almonds or almond butter for Omega-3. It's recommended that you don't take in more than 4 times as much Omega-6 as Omega-3. Some people eat as much as 20 times more Omega-6. Our ancient ancestors were estimated to have eaten an equal balance between the two. Look up some references on the Omega-6/Omega-3 issue
