I am not a huge lunch eater unless we are going out: My quick lunch at home: what is in the fridge that is fast, most likely a piece of ham and cheese wrapped around a pickle or maybe even 1/2 sandwich. Sometimes I just grab a piece of fruit and a piece of cheese, a glass of water and head back to the computer or read a magazine.
Take out of the fridge ready washed raw vegis, slice old Canadian cheddar cheese and a fruit from the bowl or in summer a bowl of ready made Swiss Müsli.
or use romaine as bread for sandwich...or cheese, crackers, fruit. Today it was a quickly made soup, ravioli and cabbage.
Enjoy comments from all...thanks
