This afternoon I saw someone in a YouTube chat room who said they were having a BLT and I remembered I had just sliced up a large fresh tomato and I had pulled a pound of bacon out of the freezer this morning for breakfast tomorrow morning. I'm having a BLT right now.
Thanks for posting the recipe, Sheena. That looks different & interesting... I might add in some white fish to the cake & make it myself next wk. I'm new to the area... so, that is if I can find a local place that sells fish for less than $25/lb. Okay, it's not that much, but it's outrageous.
