What's for Dinner? 2018 Edition (beer, grilled, freezer, shrimp)

Leftover pot roast from last night’s dinner. Served over Uncle Ben’s Converted Rice.

SO asked for long pasta with garlic, olive oil, herbs/garlic and chunks of ham. So be it and a big bowl of green lettuce/cucumber/garden tomatoe.

A strawberry nonfat Greek yogurt, 3 toasted slices of high fiber/protein bread with strawberry spread and a mug of organic black tea with a teaspoon of sugar
