I just cooked a turkey this morning....lol..

yesterday at a family gathering a young lady in the family had to cook a turkey today for "friendsgiving" and was anxious about cooking it ... so I thought id take a step by step video and send it over to them....from prepping to carving

I will have turkey for dinner …. yes I like turkey

We're growing tired of the kind of bland Thanksgiving foods so I'm making chili. Visiting son went to a football game so it will be easy for him to eat whenever he gets back.

Turkey tacos with salsa, sour cream, grated cheddar, and shredded cabbage.

Pumpkin pie with whipped cream.

Special night tonight and I am making turkey breast tandoori,buttered garlic naan,mint and red chili raita,garlic mashed potatoes,spicy cranberry chutney and an onion/tomato/cucumber/carrot/red radish/jalapeno pepper/cilantro/lemon juice/roasted cumin/salt/black pepper salad.To drink India pale ale.
Later by the fireplace Gewürzkuchen/spice cake with red mulled wine/Glühwein.

I'm just having vegetable lasagna I made and froze a few weeks ago...with rosemary bread
