Tonight pizza! Made from Durum flour,flax seeds,homemade tomato sauce,ginger,garlic,hot chili peppers,thin green Bell pepper slices,green olives,thin tomato slices,Canadian marble cheddar cheese. Served with baby spinach salad and a red radish salad. To drink a choice of beer,Ontario red wine or lemon with Perrier water.
For dessert later by the fireplace apple strudel with warm vanilla sauce and a cup of black coffee.
We tried a new Greek Restaurant last night and got gyros and stuff to go. I like this place better than the one we usually go to. Tonight might be Tuna mac casserole.

Possibly. I haven’t read the recipe carefully, but I know you pack it into a loaf pan. I am putting it of until tomorrow, since there’s a lot of early day prep, and my stupid BiLo didn’t have pita, so I had to go to another store and by the time I got back I was over it.
Having smoked sausage and Mac n cheese tonight. Chocolate chip cookies.
