Enjoy keeping up to date with you all. Funny how many times you're in my thoughts.

DH is gone, no leftovers and I'm having a taste of the Seventies - a Totino's heat and serve sausage pizza. Nearly the cheapest brand you can buy. Made in MN.

There's just no explaining food cravings. I suspect it's the fennel.

But first I'm going to pop some popcorn and put on a movie, find the cat to get settled in our comfy chair. She'll leave when she finds out the plan is to eat while I hold her. Expects to be petted for the duration and it just doesn't work with buttered popcorn.

Even have my annual Coca Cola to drink while I munch popcorn. I tell ya, I really live it up when DH goes out of town.

Well a very happy 60th to you! Your dinner tonight sounds wonderful! Have fun tomorrow, I am sure you will! We too are getting snow Sunday so thank you for spreading the magic around!

Tonight was another freezer meal. I pulled a batch of our meatballs and red sauce and served with pasta and garlic knots.

A Whopper. I was craving fast food after eating just a bit of turkey yesterday and seafood most of this week. It was horrible. It's sad because a good Whopper is excellent.

cooked the ham bone up last night and now it is time to have some split pea soup. We are having another rainy day here, but at least no more cold weather for a few days. When it is winter, cold and wet what is better than pot of home made soup?

We had some turkey day leftovers. I was thinking leftover chicken tonight but I may go do filet mignons in a mushroom wine sauce instead

Domino's last night, maybe some tv dinner or chicken tenders & tater tots tonight lol.

Oh yeah, I'm late but the Aldi rotisserie turkey tenderloin in a crock pot was splendid. Potatoes/stuffing? Yes. Too bad about the mashed veggies in the pot tho.
