I feel like comfort food today. Chili mac with ground turkey, and snap peas.

Thinking to make gobi paratha,whole wheat roti stuffed with shredded cauliflower and spices.Served with raita adding fine diced onion, tomato, cucumber and chilies. Flavoring with black salt,roasted cumin seeds.To drink lemon water.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.

Tonight we are having lamb vindaloo over garlic rice; saag paneer; naan; and ginger bread with lemon icing for dessert.

We split a grilled ribeye, with sides of smashed potatoes and zucchini/yellow squash casserole. Dogboa opened the rest of the oysters he bought yesterday and has pic of that.

Again, everyone's dinners sound wonderful ... but I ate 2-1/2 hours ago!

Had an air-fried chicken thigh with the same sesame-teriyaki sauce I had with salmon a few days ago, about 1/3 of an avocado, and my usual half-plate of veggies. It was all really good (no pictures, my phone got down to 4% before it "accepted" the charger!!) but now I am hungry again ...
