We ordered takeout last night from a local Seafood grill called "Bonefish Mac's". First time, since my opinion of most seafood places is pretty low. I only ordered clam chowder and fried clam strips seafood wise and Cajun Blackened chicken pasta. The chowder was pretty good, the clams were way over breaded and lets just say they need some education in "Blackening" technique.
Tonight potato salad and whipped yogurt cilantro omelette.To drink lemon water.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.
I am adding in my potato salad...
diced potatoes
olive oil
whole roasted cumin seeds
salt,curry powder,fresh chopped chilies or cayenne powder
fine chopped onion
chopped red Bell pepper
chopped fresh cilantro
Oooh, I love olives in potato salad! That doesn't sound like grandma's PS, Alm.
Tonight we're having lumaconi, snail shell pasta, with a fresh tomato, garlic and onion sauce from darling daughter's 2019 garden. DH fried up some ground elk to add to the sauce. Cole slaw and Rice Crispy bars.
Tonight it's Taco Tuesday but on a Friday! I will serve with all the usual suspects. Hopefully we can finally get around to the make your own sundaes we were supposed to have for Easter dessert!
I couldn't find a steak in the freezer. This pandemic just got real.
Will grill pork loin chops and serve with peach salsa.

Tonight we are having crab legs with butter and lemon, baked potatoes with sour cream and chives (of course there will be butter); a simple lettuce and tomato salad with red onions and cucumber; and the rest of the lemon pound cake for dessert. I will have a glass or 3 of Veuve and my husband and father-in-law opted for G&Ts.
