I wokked some chicken,onion and black bean sauce with a ton of garlic over rice.

Tonight we will have Chinese dinner as I have snow peas and bok choy that will have to be eaten or tossed and I have to toss food. So it is bok choy, snow peas, fried rice and pot stickers.

Tonight tomato poached eggs served with cilantro chapatis,tomato,cucumber and Vidalia slices.To drink lassi.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.

olive oil
add chopped garlic cloves,when they begin to brown add curry and chilies.Cover pan and remove from heat.Two minutes later add tomatoes,salt and cook about 10 minutes,then reduce heat
and crack eggs without breaking the yolks in pan,cover and cook gently until eggs are ready.Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve with whatever you like.
A great breakfast.lunch or dinner meal......

Today we're having crab cakes from a Maryland restaurant that were shipped out a couple of months ago. Also fresh green beans, zucchini pancakes, and corn bread. Brownies and vanilla ice cream for dessert.

I suggested Chicken Tortilla Soup - but DH had just had breakfast - so wasn't thinking that far. Told him to consider it.

DH lost the right to choose a dinner. I could ask him 4 times a day, and he has no idea, then at 5pm he wants pork butt, which is a big old frozen hunk of meat. After 5 years of that, I stopped asking.

Yea - he vetoed Chicken Tortilla Soup - not a fan he said - Spaghetti with Italian sausage it is - and a salad and bread I guess.
