We are doing leftovers from last nights supper. I had gotten a 1 rib beef roast and there is still plenty for a second go round. I made lots of potatoes because who doesn’t like left over scalloped potatoes. We have a variety of leftover veggies to round out the meal.
Spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, garlic bread and salad. Budweiser Light beer to drink.
