I believe it will be an artichoke heart casserole with a variety of cheeses, and ham. Toasted baguettes on the side with olive tapenade.

Beef goulash and Spaetzle or mashed potatoes. Last night turned into short pasta with onion/celery/big chunks of freshly smoked ham and olive oil/garlic/mean peppers and the usual rabbit food.

The tortilla soup did not get made yesterday (although the broth did). We ended up grilling a flat iron and I made some air fryer steak fries and asparagus. Tonight we are having the soup!
