last night was chicken vegetable soup, with sliced cheese & pears for dessert.

Tonight, roast chicken, steamed broccoli with lemon butter, and I think there's another couple of pears that need to be eaten before they get too old.

Tonight we will have scallops seared with a butter, white wine, shallot and garlic sauce served over a bed of lemony spinach orzo.

We got TB tacos last night. Tonight will be leftover Pork Chop and brocolli.

The bf just sprang on me that Sunday we are hosting dinner for our 2 friends. So I'm going to pick up 2 Costco chickens and make sides. Simple!

I think we’ll have those frozen stuffed chicken breasts..the apple and brie ones, with mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus.
