Tonight, comfort food of a sort ... fried chicken pieces with Thai sweet chili sauce ... it actually turned out quite well but it doesn't look like it ...
Busy day today, including a trip to Costco, where we picked up a rotisserie chicken. So that was for dinner ... Costco rotisserie chicken plus homemade Caesar Salad made from the romaine lettuce we picked up from there as well. Easy and delicious.
I am in my final week of Christmas baking and I am right on schedule.Today I am baking Florentiners.Soon the chocolate decoration begins and my house will smell like a chocolate factory. All my holiday Christmas baking is displayed in my Christmas album here!
