What's For Dinner? ~ 2020 Edition ~ (beer, bbq, goulash, mushroom)

Tonight pan fried potatoes/Bratkartoffen with pickled herring.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.

Chicken breast cooked in Panda Express orange sauce, large veggie stirfry & some rice.

Beef Stew, with a crusty bread.

Gnocchi with a meat marinara sauce with garlic, onions, olives and crushed red pepper with parmesan cheese! I definitely ate too much.

Hearty lentil vegetable soup. Open face radish, cucumber, and red onion slice sandwiches.

Pink grapefruit sections.

Ham and noodle casserole was tonight's dinner. It had lots of lovely cheddar in it....mmmmmm!

Latkes with apple sauce and sour cream. Chocolate coins spread with peanut butter.

I feel fat!

I had pizza from my local Market Basket ... I don't know how they can keep it so cheap ... an 18-19" pepperoni for $10.99. It's nuts.

I didn't take a picture tonight, but this is what it looks like (I buy it a lot, LOL!) ...
