We went out for an early dinner. I was craving Vietnamese food. Luckily for me we have multiple Vietnamese restaurants right in my neighborhood.

And my husband's...ugh I forget the name of it but oh dear it was so good!
After a day of hiking we had smoked salmon on Pumpernickel bread with Boursin herb cheese and capers.To drink Guinness beer.
Now a few rounds of Bridge and nmnita I have to think of.
Finally something to report. Don't even ask what I've been eating for dinner. Tonight is going to be BBQ Honey flavored chicken wings (baked in my new air fryer) and coleslaw that I made, using my sugar free slaw dressing recipe.
Veggies!! All cooked individually: spinach, mushrooms and onions with garlic in red wine sauce (went on top of angel hair pasta), sauteed butternut squash cubes with a little purple cabbage, chilled asparagus with garlic mayo and fried potatoes (extras left over from potato salad).
Also 2 Asian dumplings per person (from LIDL) with fantastic dipping sauce that I need to figure out how to make (the sauce I mean).
