Another gorgeous summer like day in April and I spend most of the day working in the garden.

*I have a question, has anyone heard anything about Praline? The last time she was on many weeks ago she mentioned she was quite ill.*

We have tonight chicken salad wrapped in naan.To drink lemon water. For dessert chilled grapefruit salad.

Gorgeous day here too in New Hampshire -- sunny and a high of 83 -- just about unheard-of for April! I've been working in the garage or outside most of the day.

No, but you made me want to post something on her profile ... I think I will do that now. I hope she is OK, just super-busy.

Tonight, comfort food for me. Air-fried chicken thigh with Tone's rosemary-garlic seasoning, air-fried asparagus (it was slightly overcooked but still delicious), corn on the cob, and 1/3 slice of Toufayan garlic flatbread. Everything was so good!

2 Evol organic bean, rice and cheddar burritos drizzled with Trader Joe's "Cowboy Caviar" - corn, black bean and pepper salsa, Schweppe's Cranberry-Lime seltzer to wash them down with. A simple meal, but all good :-)
