Romaine lettuce wraps filled with Hungarian tuna and egg salad—red cabbage slaw with yogurt dill dressing.

A glass 0f Reisling.


Hungarian Tuna Egg salad is made with minced garlic, capers, Spanish green olives stuffed with pimiento, cracked black pepper, and mayo.

A slice of cantaloupe for dessert.

Trader Joes:
- Vegetable Spring Rolls - kale, edamame, mushrooms and tofu, served with ketchup, Thai sweet chili paste and soy sauce, wonderful
- Kimchi & Tofu Soup - some black beans, black rice and a pepper kick added in. It's a bit strange, kimchi is that Korean sour fermented cabbage, and I don't normally eat sour soups, it's okay, but not my fav

Tonight: Took advantage of a $25 Saltgrass reward. Had me a New York strip steak (medium with garlic butter). It was sided with house salad (ranch and croutons), smoky mac/cheese, tortilla chips w/queso, iced tea, and Lone Star beer.
