Tonight was out, and it was with mother at Saltgrass Steakhouse in nearby Grapevine. I had some shrimp cocktail, chicken tortilla soup. sirloin steak (medium w/garlic butter), smoked cheesy macaroni, iced tea, and red wine. Mom had a chopped steak with onions and mushrooms, and that was sided with sweet potato fries.
I defrosted some sweet chili meatballs we had made for the holidays, side of sugar snap peas, DH will have rice. Oops... and bok choy
