DH has been clamoring for spaghetti with meat sauce - I had some leftover sauce with meat in the freezer and 3/4 of an open jar of Rao's so I sautéed up a little more ground beef and threw it all together. I splurged on Rao's noodles last time I shopped - we'll see if they are worth 2X the price! I’m also making a salad and garlic bread.

I wanted ahi tuna salad but it was no longer on the menu, so ended up having a tuna poke bowl.

The farmers market on Saturday had some gorgeous hen of the woods mushrooms. Tonight I sauteed those up with some garlic scapes.

I served it with grilled strip steak, grilled onions and baked potatoes.

I am at a different coast overseas. But will try to find it when back in Texas, although I don't remember seeing it in stores or restaurant menu.
My monkfish was caught in Scotland.
You should get it in Fla.
