A crazy dinner. I started eating pistachio nuts, stuffed myself. So, just having a glass of carrot celery and cucumber juice.

Made a salad for DH - butter and Romain lettuce, cucumbers, and carrots, topped with tuna fish with a lemon dill dressing.

Oranges for dessert.

Those pics are gorgeous! If I ever get married, I'd like you to take my wedding photos. To make you more comfy, since your specialty onsite is food, I'll hold a pumpkin.... or a pumpkin pie, your choice.

Your crazy = my normal. And, I get it with the pistachios... too good to put down. I used to eat them 'til my jaw hurt.

For me, I overcooked my ribeye in the quest to get the crunchiest outside ever... I like steak rare, but burnt on the outside. Oh, well... was still tasty (although too tough) fried in coconut oil & thyme sprigs. Small salad... just lettuce, sundried tomatoes & lemon/oil dressing. Water & espresso to drink.

Happy Easter week, All!

Headed out for Patio dining tonight, at a local grill. I'll probably get fish & chips.

Looks delish, but it is chowder or a homemade taco? Such great meals

To the person who repped me and asked the above, it's crawfish and grits as noted, like shrimp and grits.
