Your crazy = my normal. And, I get it with the pistachios... too good to put down. I used to eat them 'til my jaw hurt.
For me, I overcooked my ribeye in the quest to get the crunchiest outside ever... I like steak rare, but burnt on the outside. Oh, well... was still tasty (although too tough) fried in coconut oil & thyme sprigs. Small salad... just lettuce, sundried tomatoes & lemon/oil dressing. Water & espresso to drink.
Planning on having a home made grilled beef burger with a side of fries and some great sour cream sauce. I usually make burgers when I feel like it and my god do they taste good
