Tonight was sesame crusted Mahi Mahi with asparagus and a salad that was delivered a full 5 minutes after the entree after I quizzed the waitress about it. DH had some lovely fried shrimp and sweet potato fries and an equally tardy salad. She apologized but didn’t seem to get why we were a little frustrated.
Couple slices of beef liver with caramelized onions. No starchy stuff. Folks either love it or hate it. My wife hates liver but she'll cook it for me. I guess I'm lucky.
