It depends on which Chinese restaurant I'm standing at. I have two favorites.
1. Crispy Orange Beef
2. Chicken Chow Mein (loaded with garlic flavor) and deep fried won tons.

Now for my serious reply, you can't go wrong with fried shrimp and a few ribs. I'd have some sweet-and-sour pork, mandarin chicken, chow mein, and fried rice.
Tofu in black bean sauce, mung flour pork cakes, crispy head-on prawns, peking duck, yummy white steamed rice, har gao, and wonton soup (though just the broth...I LOVE the broth).
Jumbo Shrimp w/ Cashew nuts some kind of mayo sauce
any of their barbecue items
