I love Indian food. I especially love all the varieties of vegetable curries and vegetable dishes. I'm not a vegetarian, but do love vegetables and I'm not a big meat eater. I appreciate dishes in which the vegetables are not the second thought.
I arrived at my airbnb in Paris around 8 p.m. last November. First time there. Went looking for a vegetarian restaurant in the neighborhood. Most menus were "lamb, lamb, lamb, lamb, chicken". Then I found a nice Indian restaurant with a three-course dinner special, one of which was meatless. And a big-ass glass of wine was €2,50.
We are lucky enough to have an Indian restaurant just down the street,i usually go for the lunch buffet at least once a month,many of their menu items are available at the buffet= Maison India - Menu

The spices they use to flavor the food does make each dish distinct and wonderfully aromatic . I never had Indian food til I got married .It is that time I was introduced to all those Indian spices.
