Morning everyone. The "Easter" Ham last night was extremely moist and not salty at all. I didn't realize how big it was........12lbs
I already made last night pea soup (my favorite) for today.

Kats and MTH I've used this sauce for years. Try marinating ribs or chicken double wrapped in foil overnight or a couple days with this BBQ...........the best
I use so much I need to buy bulk. I usually buy mine at Costco (2 pack of the large bottles)

Happy day everyone

Good morning!

Posting quickly what's for dinner.....Panko crusted chicken cutlets, broccoli, and a baked yam.
For dessert, I'm making Amber's Choc. Mug cake.

Have a great day!

I have so much food in the fridge I don't know what I was thinking last weekend at the store - that I had a family of 4 staying with me?

So we are having a little something I call mélange de réfrigérateur yet again.
It's pretty tasty.

It's a rainy, cool day here in Maryland and I'm going to make a big pot of Chili (I use ground turkey) for dinner tonight!

Hmmmmm.....I am obviously in the minority as I think Sweet Baby Ray's is just okay. Too thick and sweet for me. I prefer Stubb's for BBQ sauce, although to be honest, I can take it or leave it (BBQ sauce). I'd much rather have some other marinade on my chicken or pork.

Tonight's dinner is still up in the air.

My favorite BBQ sauce is Sweet Baby Ray's. That's some good stuff right there.

My hubby prefers Famous Daves.....blue label (I think). I am like my grandson, who says "Don't put none of that yucky ketchup on mine!"

I didn't know what I was in the mood for, but I think you nailed it for me!!! Think I'll cook this up too and have it over a Maine baked potato!

OK, executive decision made. I have some Chicken Kiev in the freezer. Think I'll cook one of those and reheat the green beans and carrots from our dinner party. Fruit salad for dessert, I think, or the last of the trifle.
