Morning everyone.............
Kats, guess your still not feeling better. It takes time for the meds to kick in, hang in there
Nomore, sounds delish. I would like to come for cocktails
Cyn, I had ravioli's Sunday, good choice.

Not a clue what's for dinner. DH has therapy, I have a dentist appt. and so does my one son. Other son is here for the week and he eats out so much I know he really enjoys Mom's home cooked meals so I don't want dinner out. Decisions, decisions, decisions.............

Have a great day.

Lunch time is around the corner and I still don't know what to make. Maybe I'll throw some leftover potatoes in a pan with some oil and some herbs for DS and I'll only have a wrap. Meanwhile I still have some ice coffee in the fridge http://intoxicologist.files.wordpress.com/2008/11/baileys_coffee_other.jpg (broken link) maybe this will help me think about the dinner stuff.

Have a great Tuesday all!

I'm not a big fan of coffee but a huge one of Iced Coffee, so you're making me very thirsty right now. And hungry too.

I think dinner this evening will be Moussaka which I made ages ago and froze.

Just remembered I bought some beautiful fresh asparagus yesterday, about 4 pounds, so I need to get that frozen up and also some bell peppers that need to be cut up and frozen so it looks like today will be a kitchen day.

Debey sounds good.

I love both hot and iced coffee. Not a tea lover but will drink iced tea or vanilla chai.
