Hubby is working late tonight.... Always throws a kink into my works. I have Italian Wedding soup hanging out in the pantry the kids always love. Might just be dinner for tonight. Fast and ez. I am taking them over to see my grandmother this afternoon. I don't know how that is gonna go as Diva and I are like oil and water right now.... one of those mornings I think. Fingers crossed we mix well today. I might be needing one of my stress relieving cheeseburgers tonight... I just have this strong feeling.....

If a cheese burger doesn't do it then move up to a T-Bone steak now that you are comfortable with the bone issue. Or maybe a big platter of hot wings...
Tonight we are going out to a new "steakbar" in our neighborhood. Supposed to be very tasty with a cool decor and reasonable prices. We'll see.........
Another 103 degree day. Too hot to cook. I could eat sandwiches all summer.
Ham and swiss on wheat tonight, w/ a cold and crisp clausen dill pickle. Probably some salad on the side.
We're getting a cold front this weekend, 91 degrees!! I can't wait!!!! I hope to walk 3 miles a day in that weather for the precious few days it lasts. I can't do much more than 0 - 1 mile lately. Most days just water all the plants and pretend I walked.
Well, the chicken Alfredo went off without a hitch. It was good. But it is so hot here that I wasn't all that hungry. Didn't even bother with any sides even though a salad sounded good. Actually, that is all I have been craving lately. Meat and pasta just seems too heavy in this heat. I don't hate the heat, I just don't want to eat heavy or cook alot in it.
Don't know what is dinner tonight, I am thinking some pork and gravy. Depends as the day goes on. May just have "salad"! LOL.
Debsi~I think in that heat, watering the plants counts as walking!!!
Struck out on getting Cuban bread from the Cuban Bakery because now it is a Mexican bakery. So back up and regroup. Just maybe the Publix bakery will not be sold out when the wife comes by it today.
Firing up the grill tonight. Since the 4th when I made the most juiciest burger I have had in a long time and have even been dreaming of them
Now you know they will not be as good as they were before, but I have high hopes
